UX Design

My unique background working in customer service and expertise in science and in music brought me many skills necessary for UX. I am UX Researcher empathetic to the user experience and open-minded to new thoughts and ideas.

Research

My work in academic research and science provided me with tools to succeed in unbiased and practical research. I have a Master’s in Science with subsequent academic research experience. The scientific process is very similar to the the UX design process, where iterative research and investigation enhances the data and conclusions.

Music

My Master’s Degree in Music not only gave me extensive knowledge of music but also discipline to complete creative deadlines and a look into empathetic expression as a tie into humanity. For fun and curiosity, here is a video of me performing an aria.
